特级防火卷帘门电机不转原因

1. One of the necessary tools for installing fireproof rolling shutter doors is a ten thousand energy meter, which must be prepared. If the motor does not rotate, the first consideration is whether the voltage is normal. The normal voltage of the fireproof rolling shutter door motor is 380V, and if 220V occurs, the motor will not rotate;

2、考虑到是电压问题的时候，检查是不是地线和零线接反了或者去工地大电盘看看是否有其他问题；

3、如果是接线正常，电压也正常的时候，就要检查电控设备。看控制箱输入380v，输出是不是也是380v;

4、如果是控制箱输入输出电压都没问题的时候，看看电机中的3个线圈的电阻是不是正常，因为电机转不转，全靠这三个线圈，三个线圈都是在50上下，如果有1-2个是1的情况，电机不会转的；

5、电源线中断：检查快速门电机接线，需要时纠正；

6、熔断器熔断：更换熔断器；

9、就是看看是不是电机缺少蒸馏条，有些电机厂家，出厂检测不仔细，就会出现个别的电机忘记放蒸馏条。蒸馏条的缺少，不会导致电机不转，但是会出现电机吱吱响的故障。
