防火门使用及注意事项

防火门的主要作用就是可以让火势的蔓延和烟雾扩散在一定的时间内可以起到拖延和阻隔的作用，确保人员疏散。

1、由于火灾发生时人们不可能随手关门，故防火门必须自动关闭，须设自动闭门器。目前，自动闭门器分为油压式和弹簧式两类，用于防火门者多为单向开启的油压式门顶弹簧及单管式弹簧合页。

2、平时处于开启状态下的防火门，必须设固定装置，以便于通行。一般设有电磁释放开关或易熔合金把门固定在两边墙上，火灾时断电失磁(或通电生磁而将锁舌吸开)或烧熔合金，门则在弹簧作用下自动关闭。

值得注意的是，不能采用挂钩或门卡将防火门固定，因为发生火灾时慌乱中的人们是不会把门关上的，这样就会导致烟火窜入，从而使走道和楼梯间失去疏散的作用。

3、专作疏散的楼梯间防火门，平时为了防盗在使用中往往被锁上。为了既防火又防盗的问题，此类防火门可采用电磁门锁。

本楼人员可用钥匙开启进入，火灾时由烟感器联动或消防控制室远距离控制而接通电路，锁舌则在磁力作用下缩回，门便可被推开。也可设置简便的机械式推杠门锁，任何时候从里面只要一推门便可打开，人出去后门便回弹关上，从外面进入则要用钥匙开启，故可防止作案者进入楼内。
