车库门安装要注意哪些安装距离？

1、量出门板与洞口宽度，确认洞口两侧边沿到门板边沿所预留的尺寸。并在门垛上做出标记。

1. Measure the width of the door panel and the opening, and confirm the size reserved from the edges of both sides of the opening to the edge of the door panel. And mark it on the door stack.

2、立直轨：在门垛上的标记处向墙壁方向15mm处做另一个标记，直轨里口应与此标记对齐。先安一侧直轨，另一侧直轨安装前要在两顶口找一水平。为使门板运行自如，直轨并非垂直地面而是略向库内倾斜，倾斜角度以门体上下运行协调顺畅为原则，可在门板安完之后再调节。

2. Vertical rail: Make another mark 15mm away from the wall direction at the mark on the door stack, and the inner opening of the straight rail should align with this mark. Install one side of the straight rail first, and before installing the other side of the straight rail, make sure to level the two top openings. To ensure the smooth operation of the door panel, the straight rail is not perpendicular to the ground but slightly inclined towards the interior of the warehouse. The inclination angle is based on the principle of coordinated and smooth operation of the door body, and can be adjusted after the door panel is installed.

3、找到底板，上好底密封，底轮架。将铰链下半部分先固定在底板上，注意铰链号码应为自下而上排列。

3. Find the bottom plate, install the bottom seal, and install the bottom wheel frame. Fix the lower half of the hinge onto the bottom plate first, and note that the hinge numbers should be arranged from bottom to top.

4、将第二块门板放入直轨，固定铰链，然后将门板找水平，确认水平后，即可上第三、四块门板，每块门板要两端对齐，后一块门板不安装。

5、安装平衡系统：在门顶两侧固定吊架角铁，将弹簧及调整法兰、固定法兰、中间支架、两侧钢丝轮、两侧轴承支架套上钢管后把整个平衡系统擎起，将轴承支架固定在吊架角铁上并在墙壁上固定中间支架，为避免安装电机时出现障碍，中间支架位置应偏左100mm。

5. Installation of balance system: Fix the suspension angle iron on both sides of the door top, cover the spring, adjusting flange, fixing flange, middle bracket, steel wire wheels on both sides, and bearing bracket on both sides with steel pipes, and lift the entire balance system. Fix the bearing bracket on the suspension angle iron and fix the middle bracket on the wall. To avoid obstacles during motor installation, the position of the middle bracket should be 100mm to the left.

6、架弯轨：用直板连接直弯轨接口，在轴承支架与弯轨之间连接吊架角铁，装上一侧弯轨后，要将此弯轨确认水平后在固定。另一侧弯轨自身可不测水平，只需在顶端处与根弯轨找一次水平即可。

6. Frame bending rail: Connect the straight bending rail interface with a straight plate, and connect the hanger angle iron between the bearing bracket and the bending rail. After installing one side of the bending rail, confirm that the bending rail is level before fixing it. The other side of the curved rail itself cannot be measured horizontally, just find the level with the first curved rail at the top.

7、安装后一块门板，上顶轮架，顶滑轮距离调整以第五块门板能够靠近洞口为准。

7. Install the rear door panel, install the top pulley frame, and adjust the distance between the top pulleys to ensure that the fifth door panel can be close to the opening.

8、配重：用撬杠绞扭弹簧，一般为6-8圈，不可过强过弱，原则上门体运行不畅亦加重电机负担，将钢丝绳底端套住底轮架，顶端套在钢丝轮上，确认两边钢丝绳松紧度一致后在钢管上固定钢丝轮。

8. Counterweight: Twist the spring with a pry bar, usually 6-8 turns, and should not be too strong or too weak. In principle, if the door is not running smoothly, it will also increase the burden on the motor. Wrap the bottom end of the steel wire rope around the bottom wheel frame and the top end onto the steel wire wheel. After confirming that the tension of the steel wire ropes on both sides is consistent, fix the steel wire wheel on the steel pipe.

9、由法兰中撤出撬杠，此过程应使一人下扳门板，令门体缓慢上升，使门体在运行过程中钢丝绳环绕钢丝轮，在凹槽内逐一归位，切不应产生窜扣现象。并检查配重是否理想。如不理想可再适当调节弹簧匝数，这时能感受到门板与轨道之间是否协调，可以酌情调节直弯轨的距离角度，直满意并拧紧各处螺丝。

9. Withdraw the pry bar from the flange. This process should cause one person to pull down the door panel, causing the door body to slowly rise and the steel wire rope to wrap around the steel wire wheel during operation, returning one by one in the groove, and there should be no jumping phenomenon. And check if the counterweight is ideal. If it is not ideal, the number of spring turns can be adjusted appropriately. At this time, you can feel whether the door panel is coordinated with the track. You can adjust the distance and angle of the straight bending track as needed until you are satisfied and tighten the screws at all places.

10、将电机套上链条后，用螺丝连接电机与导轨，通过胀紧螺丝调节链条松紧度，以链条悬离于轨道不与之产生接触为度。

10. After putting the motor onto the chain, connect the motor to the guide rail with screws, and adjust the tightness of the chain by tightening the screws to ensure that the chain is suspended from the track and does not come into contact with it.

11、安装电机：用导轨支架将非电机一端固定于门板正中间弹簧上方约30mm处，将门板以手动提平行轨道，以此观察轨道是否处在门板正中间，并与门板垂直，确认无误后用吊架角铁将电机与建筑结构之间固定。将导轨上离合器的弯臂与上一块门板相连。

11. Installation of motor: Use a guide rail bracket to fix the non motor end to about 30mm above the spring in the middle of the door panel. Manually lift the door panel to a parallel track to observe whether the track is in the middle of the door panel and perpendicular to the door panel. After confirming accuracy, use a hanger angle iron to fix the motor to the building structure. Connect the bending arm of the clutch on the guide rail to the previous door panel.

12、接通电源，完成遥控器配码后，可尝试开关车库门，并用一字螺丝刀通过后面板上的行程旋钮调节门体行程限位。

12. After connecting the power and completing the remote control coding, you can try to open and close the garage door, and use a flat screwdriver to adjust the travel limit of the door body through the travel knob on the rear panel.
