不同卷帘门的安装步骤详解

 

1. Installation method of electric rolling shutter door:

 

，在需要安装的门框框口位置画线，表明尺寸的大小。注意：框内高度比门扇的高度要高一点点。

其次，把电动卷帘门的门框固定，但是洞口两侧地面要记得预留凹槽。

然后，安装电动卷帘门扇主体门扇。安装时，一定要保证电动卷帘门与墙体结成整体，而且封闭性要做好，再将洞口及墙体粉刷，确保美观度。粉刷完后，应对门试试开启关闭是否顺畅自如。

a、按门的型号，量测产品各部位基本尺寸，检查门的洞口是否与卷帘门尺寸相符，导轨和支架的预埋位置、数量是否正确。然后，测量洞口标高，弹出两导轨垂线及卷筒中心线。

 

a. According to the door model, measure the basic size of each part of the product, check whether the door opening is consistent with the size of the rolling shutter door, and whether the embedded position and quantity of the guide rail and bracket are correct. Then, measure the elevation of the hole, pop up the vertical line of the two guide rails and the center line of the drum.

 

b、将垫板电焊在预埋铁板上，用螺丝固定卷筒支架，安装卷筒。卷筒的安装应转动灵活。

 

b. Weld the base plate on the embedded iron plate, fix the drum bracket with screws and install the drum. The installation of the drum should be flexible.

 

c、安装减速器、传动系统、裳电气拴街系统。

d、将事先装配好的帘板安装在卷筒上。紧接着安装导轨，按照图纸规定的位置，将两侧及上方导轨焊牢于墙体预埋件上，并焊成以体，各导轨应在同一垂直平面上。

According to the position specified in the drawing, weld the guide rail on both sides and above to the embedded parts of the wall, and weld them into a body. Each guide rail shall be on the same vertical plane.

 

e、安装水幕喷淋系统，并与总控制系统连接。装好后进行试运行，用电动机对门启闭数次，调整无卡住、阻滞及异常的状态即可。

3、自动门水晶卷帘门安装方法

 

3. Automatic door crystal shutter door installation method

 

，将电机固定在主板上，把链条固定在轮盘和电机底座齿轮连接，试下手柄是否颠倒，如果颠倒，遥控接收盒侧方有黑色按键，向另一方拨动助即可。

 

First of all, fix the motor on the main board, fix the chain on the wheel disc and connect the gear of the motor base, and test whether the handle is reversed. If it is reversed, there is a black button on the side of the remote control receiving box, and you can just move the help to the other side.

 

其次，用尺子量主板和副板的外边看下尺寸是否正确，如果正确把轴上在侧板上，注意要打成一条水平线;再用10个钻头打孔50公分，每一个都要直;然后，用14的镙母焊在轴上，记住一定要焊牢固;再把帘子的片的中心与轴上的孔对齐，并用快丝固定就可。

 

Secondly, measure the outside of the main board and the auxiliary board with a ruler to see if the size is correct. If the shaft is on the side board correctly, make a horizontal line. Then, drill 50 cm with 10 drills, and each one should be straight. Then, weld the shaft with 14 screws, and remember to weld it firmly. Then, align the center of the first piece of the curtain with the hole on the shaft, and fix it with a quick screw.

 

再次，将卷帘门的帘片穿好，两侧用封头封好。封完后，用绳翻过轴把帘子打孔用绳拴住，再把帘子升上去，切忌一定要牢固。
